The Villa is a 2000 square foot, two-level unit with 20 foot ceilings that beautifully highlights a seamless blend of Moroccan and Mediterranean architecture. It features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ample living space, and dining and kitchen areas that all open to the outside terrace, refreshing private swimming pool, and tropical gardens.
The residence showcases a number of unique features, like traditional terracotta tiled floors; stairs carved out of the rarely found rouse wood, and many other countless custom details and finishes. The Villa is decorated with beautiful Caribbean and Asian inspired furniture that offers modern comfort and style.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel high-efficiency appliances, granite counter tops and an L-shape kitchen bar. It opens up to the dining and living areas, all of which offer picturesque views of the private pool and tropical gardens from almost every angle.
The main floor also has laundry and storage facilities; a full bathroom; and a guest bedroom that also opens up to the pool area.
The second floor features a secondary living room; a guest bedroom with a large full bathroom; and a grand master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in closet.
There is also a large balcony/terrace, accessible from all of the rooms on the second level, that overlooks the pool and the "Green Zone". The "Green Zone" is a natural park that is the native habitat to the local flora and fauna. It is home to birds, monkeys, and other species that live just outside the window and often swing by for a visit. Such a close proximity to the wildlife allows you to enjoy the true Costa Rican lifestyle and nature from the privacy of your stay.
The Area
Playa Langosta is a quiet and peaceful upscale neighbourhood near Tamarindo, Guanacaste which is only 40 minutes from Liberia airport. The Villa is only 5 minutes away from the nearest beach and 10 min from Tamarindo beach. There are a few luxurious hotels as well as high end luxury homes in the Langosta area. Although quiet and private, Playa Langosta is only minutes away from the center of Tamarindo where you can enjoy ample tourist attractions, shops, services, restaurants, ect.
